Ecommerce Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established brand, at an exciting time of strategic progression within the ecommerce and marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the product data import onto and third-party websites we are trading on, ensuring all new and existing products are correctly set up to optimise the customer experience and sales.

Assist Development and Trading managers to monitor and manage product performance.

Assist with bespoke page content creation, liaise with suppliers where necessary on optimising and creating new content for brand on

Liaising with Web Development team to constantly monitor and progress website efficiency and performance as well as the Merchandising team to ensure stock availability for bestselling lines.

Produce weekly reporting and insight to help the business understand performance, identify issues and trading trends and providing action steps.

Technical bug fixing alongside the Web Development team – from initial reporting through to resolution deployment.

Support the Digital Development Manager & Digital Trading Manager with planning annual trading communications.

Support with SEO, market research, competitive analysis, site optimizations, and technical recommendations.

Briefing and building customer emails alongside the design & web team and completing weekly reports on email and website performance.

Briefing and uploading banners to various pages across the website and the affiliate platform, including the homepage, brand pages and landing pages.

Utilising tools such as Google Analytics and Excel to provide reports to lead strategy decisions

Review on-site searches to identify patterns and opportunities

Help monitor and report back on impact from site changes.

Ad-hoc reporting and support to wider Web team and Customer Services team resolving any website inaccuracies in a timely manner.

Produce and share weekly homepage and category performance reports.

Budget and P&L tracking and managing

Key Skills required:

Previous E-commerce experience with an online retailer

Ability to work with a large volume of data with excellent attention to detail.

SEO and Google analytics experience essential

Advanced excel skills

Amazon Seller Central experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication and presenting skills

Ambitious and eager to learn

Reliable, flexible and highly organised

A team player with a hands-on attitude.
