The primary focus of this role is to partner with our colleagues in our UK stores, our Support Centre and our Warehouse to understand their needs so we can provide them with the right solutions at the right time via the right method. You will also need to connect with & visit our International teams so they are aware of and can access all our learning interventions.
We have a range of existing tools, including a Digital Learning Platform which you will play a huge role in by designing online resources that our employees will love. Your other responsibilities will involve running inductions, facilitating management workshops and designing new face to face materials for all areas of the business.
Previous experience in L&D is essential, ideally within retail, but the most important attributes you require are excellent communication skills, a desire to drive behavioural change and passion and enthusiasm for learning. You must be able to build strong relationships with people and be adaptable too, as this role is a great mix of design, delivery and partnering with key stakeholders.
