We are looking for THE magic of Hamleys! Our Events Assistants are the forefront of entertainment for all our stores. You must have passion to drive customer engagement and experience by creating a magical and theatrical environment to all customers, including on the shop floor or during private functions, parties or other company activities.
As an ambassador of the brand, it is essential that you are fun and enthusiastic maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Having a background in performing arts is beneficial, although not essential.
It is important to be a team player; as part of the Experience team, you will be supporting the store trade and promotional programmes by organising complementary events and performances. Desirably, you will have experience working in an environment with a strong customer focus.
