Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Job Purpose Summary

The Campaign Coordinator plays a key role in delivering Hamleys portfolio of marketing activities and events in the UK. He or she has the responsibility to develop and execute brand marketing campaigns, deliver a world class customer proposition by implementing a calendar of in-store events and create compelling content to communicate through multiple digital channels, incentivising consumers to engage with the brand in-store and online. All of which support the overall business objectives of increasing communication reach to drive footfall and increase sales. The Campaign Coordinator will be required to work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver campaigns and events.

Overall purpose of role:

  • Delivery of the UK Marketing, Events and Communication plans.
  • Develop local and national brand partnerships to deliver a portfolio of experiential activity in-store and online.
  • Responsible for campaign performance analysis and P&L.
  • Support and develop the Brand Strategy & Planning Manager to deliver their KPIs.
